The consultation includes advice on paint, flooring, fixture selection and space planning. An exterior design plan is available upon request. Consultations start at $149/per hour.
Owner-Occupied Staging -We utilize the home owners furnishings to transform every room into an appealing space to perspective buyers. Green Charm Design emphasizes focal points and showcasing the square footage. Supplemental accessories will be provided where necessary.
Vacant Home Staging- We provide a complete plan for your space with furniture and accessory rental for the entire home. This includes delivery, set-up, installation, insurance, staging and de-staging. This service will create a model home environment and increase the appeal to the perspective buyer.
Model Home/New Development Staging -Make the right impression when you present your development publically. Staging will accent the charm, focal points, and square footage of your development.
